Shuji Yamamoto
Shuji Yamamoto was born in 1979 in Tokyo and graduated from Tama Art University in 2005. He lives and works in Koshigaya City, Saitama and Towada City, Aomori. Yamamoto, who has a background as a gardener, travels around Japan to engage in fieldwork on the theme of “the relationship between the great nature and human beings. His activities range from rice cultivation to sake brewing, maple syrup making to forestry.
Shuji Yamamoto
1979年東京都⽣まれ。2005年多摩美術⼤学卒業。埼玉県越谷市と青森県十和田市を拠点に活動してる。山本は庭師のバックグラウンドを持ちながら、「大自然と人間の関わり」をテーマに日本各地を旅し、フィールドワークを行う。米作りから携わる酒造り、メープルシロップ作りから林業についのて考察などその活動は多岐に渡る。
